.308 factory loads

What is your favorite .308 factory load. How does it perform on deer

Winchester Supreme 150gr Ballistic Silvertip. It's done very well for me on whitetail at 20 yards to antelope at 215. None went more than two steps.

I've been shooting the 165gr Accubond at 2,700 ft/sec with good results. Deer hit @ 300+ yards died quickly. All shots were pass throughs. The bonded bulleyts performed reliably, although a Ballistic Tip may have worked just as well.
