74.5 grains of H4350 pushing a 178 grain Absolute Hammer at 3230 FPS out of a 24" barrel, grouping 0.4 moa at 200 yards. Awesome terminal performance. Easy to tune for accuracy.

190gr ABLR with 74grains IMR 7828 SSC. As long as barrel is cool, I can get under 1" groups at 250. Once barrel gets hot it opens up to 2-3"

My life long friend, hunting and reloading partner has had great success with RL22 and 180 and 200 Nosler PART's and AB's.
I sincerely wish your friend best of luck finding Fed 215M's and RL22. Brass and bullets he should be OK.

I only used H1000 and have gotten excellent results.

RL22 for faster velocities especially with heavy bullets

For 180-200gr pills within 500, RE25, H1000 & RETUMBO work very well.
For pills above 200gr, RETUMBO or H1000 are my go-to powders.
RE25 works very well with all bullet weights of 165gr and higher. It is a little temperamental at max loads, so be cautious.
I am finding RETUMBO to work very well with 210gr ABLR in my 300WM Sendero so far, right out to 1000.

Try some N-570 with 200 grain pills and up it is magic.
