300 wsm questions/problems

with a Savage why was you not running 0 head space to start with
and just neck sizing anyway? thats tha advantage of the barrel nut.
With a Savage I always set my full length die to bottom out on shell holder
then set my head space with that case then you can just neck size after that.

Don't know if your directing this at me but my answer is I did my learning about head spacing and hot chamberings with this so had to learn before I could apply that knowledge. Now all my rifle get reset to about .0015 ish head space on a PTG gauge before we rock on. All ways Fl size the way I load and what I shoot I like them to chamber nice with no stiff bolt!!

8 rounds sounds about right for win brass. I have had much better results with Norma
I am about 10 rounds in with my 300 wsm and my Norma is in great shape.
