300 WSM & 215 Berger Hybrids

Yeah I kinda ditched the RL26 as it was great velocities and some very good groups but I could not keep low single digit SDs in which I am always after on load work. This has been a problem here in NM with RL26 in multiple calibers as the temp swings can be pretty wide. I am looking for RL23 now to continue to push the 215s but for the mean time I have swapped to 178 ELDM and H4350 and it is going very well. Mild charges are getting me in the 3100 realm. Will keep playing with these until I get some RL23 to play more with 215s.

The temps swings here in WA stay fairly mild so I like r26 in a lot of my rifles but the temp sensitivity bothers me some.

I may mess with R17 or w760 in this 300 wsm but ideally am hoping r23 works as well

Can you share your load with the 178 and H4350 ? My 300wsm is shooting the 175 Bergers extremely well but slow at 2880

This last ladder was 66-67.2 of H4350, will have to look at seating depth but did fit barely inside of accurate-mag 300 wsm mag.

initial test for speed, not groups from a factory win xpr- 1:10 twist 24"-- loaded to 3.075" coal, 67gr RE26 in norma brass showed 2811 fps in 1x fired brass for me here in CO at 36 degrees this past weekend

I would try the 200.20x if I had 3.075 to work with. I am about .150 longer in mine with 215's. 3.220

I could go out just a bit more before I hit lands, but my mag/feed ramp limit my loading length -- and thats after a bit of tweaking to both my mag and feed ramp
