.300 win mag load data

I was wondering if anybody had load data for a .300win mag with H1000 and Retumbo with a 230berger hybrid,215 hybrid,210 VLD, 208 a max and the 225 bthp. I really just need accurate velocity with H1000 or Retumbo.

I'm still tweaking my load with h1000 and the 215 hybrids but 75.7g which is over book max seams to be good and velocity at 2800fps. Start with 72grains and work up slow

H1000 and Berger 215 Hybrids is a most popular combination for most 300WMs. H1000 and 210 VLDs would be my second choice. You can also do a search on this subject and you will come up with many many suggestions.

I am at 79 gr of H1000, Fed Gm 215 M, Nosler Brass. Runs a 215 Berger at 3000 fps with extreme accuracy. I started at 73 gr and worked up. All loads were set up at 30 thou off the lands. All 7 powder charges produced one ragged hole groups at 100 yds. I have never had a rifle be so easy to develop a load for. The Nosler brass seems to be lighter than others so I believe that is why I made it to 79 gr. Also the reamer I used has a extra 50 thou of free bore. This allows me to seat the bullet long with a Wyatt extended box. Barrel is a 26" Brux.

Beeman, is it hard to tell if those 215m primers are flattening? I am shooting them also and I have a heck of a time telling if I have flat primers or its just the primer. My 71gr load's primer looks about the same as my 73gr... running RWS brass.

My primers look good. When I push my 6.5 Sherman, those are flat! I believe I am at max with this load. I would like to try some RWS brass.

210 gr Berger Hunt VLD seated .020" off lands base to ogive, 76.0 gr H1000, CCI BR2 primer, RWS brass, 2875 fps, 1/4" groups @ 100 yards

I ran 75 gr. of H1000 on the 230s tactical and 225s match
I just loaded 74.5 gr. of Retumbo in some Berger 230 Targets. I kept the loads similar to the H1000 bc they ALMOST have the same burn rate.
76 gr. of H1000 shoot the 215s very accurate but not as fast as I wanted.
72 gr. 7828ssc on 215's does well too.
All loads are in Norma brass and 215M with flash holes slightly bored and de-burred.
My OAL is stay .015 off the lands.
I have a 1-9 twist 5R 25 in. Bart. M24/40 contour

I'm building a 300 win for this same load, what Wyatt's extended box did you use? I was looking at their outdoor models as I didn't want a detachable box. Just curious what you are using?
