300 RUM Loads

So the 300 RUM BDL I own has been giving me headaches, literally, for the past two years. I have a mercury stick in the wood stock and a kick-eez pad on the rear and it still likes to come back and bite me. Been looking at holland muzzle breaks but i don't need to lose anymore hearing. Right now I'm loading 150 grain Scirocco ahead of 102 grains of Retumbo. It's leaving the barrel right around 3500 fps. For whitetail deer that is more than enough. Im looking to reduce my loads to the power level of a 300 Win Mag. I want to know if any of you guys could tell me what works for you with Retumbo. Thanks a bunch.
