300 RUM 200 or 212 gr loads

With the 200g, max for H1000 is 92g and only yields just over 3000fps. RETUMBO is faster with less pressure at a max of 91.5g, RE25 yields the highest velocities also at a max of 91.5g.
What brass are you running?

Cheers.

212 ELD-X, max 90.5gn H1000, ~3000fps (26" barrel, suppressed). Once-fired Hornady factory brass there. I've upgraded to ADG since.

Ramshot Magnum works also, seems like it's been available lately. I don't think you'll have any temp stability issues for the next 6 months in WY. I had better luck with 7828SSC, H1000 seems to run slow. Except where it broke 3000FPS with a starting load behind a 150 gn SST - the H1000 ran well on the lighter end of the bullet spectrum, so that's an option if you aren't committed to the 200-212gn bullets. Probably could have pushed them up over 3500 pretty easily, just wasn't the point at the time so I didn't try.

I am running Barnes brass
Barnes is made by Remington, so that is good brass.
I have factory Barnes for my 300RUM and lockdown ends midnight Wednesday this week, so hope to get out and actually shoot stuff very soon!
What Barnes load were you running?
I have 165g TTSX.

Cheers.
