I believe they stopped the ORMD designation & went to the Diamond label
Under New requirements.
But I will have to check that Monday to be certain Since it's new regulations as of 2021.

Doesn't make sense but it is what it is. Can't ship powder and primers without proper licensing but it's OK to ship loaded ammo (through certain shippers, at certain locations). I imagine that we'll see that change any day.
