What I really meant was jacket and core construction. They are definitely sleeker, hence the higher BC.

Gotcha! Yeah I think the same jacket thickness and no retaining band to hold the core in. So in "theory" they should perform **** near identical. But I've seen and heard numerous reports that they're more explosive for some reason
