300 cub magnum

bruce baur makes a 308 magnum on the 340 weatherby case.i see he makes a shot case called the cub.does any one of you know about that case and or used it?

I believe the 308 Baer Cub is based on the 308 Norma case and the 308 Baer is based on the 340 Weatherby case. I have a 308 Baer if I could helped you out on that.

If you like to tinker with brass like I do look at the SAMMI spec 300 Lapua. Great brass ( that you have to neck down ) and can really send the heavier 30's. I have one that comes in at 20lbs with a Vias break on it and it is a HOOT to shoot. Some days I would rather pull the trigger on one of my big 30's once than my bug hole shooting 6's 5 times.....gun)...................................
