.30 cal cartridge with .640" rim?

Anyone know of a .30 cal cartridge with a .640" rim diameter?

Looking to put a .30 cal barrel on a Stiller Tac 408 action and need to match up with the existing bolt face.

Not looking for super velocity. 3000 fps with a 230gn Berger would do.
Thinking of something short and fat a-la 6mmBr on steroids.

just neck down the 338 Snipe Tac and you are there..... (although not short)

use appropriate powders for the velocity you are after and if need be you have the capacity for the 2k meter shots
