.284 Winchester Jump or no Jump

On your .284 are you in the lands or have a jump? (162 AMAX)

I seat the 140TTSX kissing, and have seen pretty good accuracy, low speeds. I just started with the 162Amaxs, and the way my throat is cut, I can't kiss (SA), so I'll see what I can do with a running start.

284 aside we can’t compare a jump sensitive bullet like a Barnes to a AMAX they do not act the same. In my experience with the AMAX bullet it is more sensitive to primer and charge weight. Load to mag length and tweak your load with a ladder test

Not really comparing. Just saying what I'm doing. I start touching on all new loads, and back off if needed.
