I've shot the 155 grain AH in my 7 STW with H1000. Extremely accurate bullet. I've got some 140s ready to test with H1000 and StaBALL 6.5.

I'm considering the same, with limited powder options.....my old barrel really like IMR4831, So I have alot of that. OP- check out this post if you haven't seen it, I haven't checked the spreadsheet on page 2 lately for 7mm data, but think there's some on it.

I tested H1000 up to 82 grains (3299 fps) With the 155 grain ah.

I have used R23 with good results. Shooting 143 hammer hunter started at 63gr worked up to 68g . Using ADG brass 215 gm primers .01 jump with 66.3 R23 running 3288 f/s . I saw no pressure at 67.5 slight bolt lift at 68. But it shot better at 66.3. Good enough to kill a bull Elk at 350 yards.
