280 AI die recomendation

Hey everyone, im about to start reloading for a 280 AI I just received. I plan on using nosler 280 AI brass starting with 168 VLD's and 162 ELDM's. I don't have any brass or loaded rounds as of right now. Looking to make an order to get dies and brass and a few other things. I'm looking at either the redding premium delux 3 die set with a FL sizer, neck die and micrometer seater (a must have) or the type s competition die set. For you guys that are using the bushing set what bushing size are you using? I'm looking for around 2 thou neck tension. Thank for the help.

I use a 308 for .003 and then run it through a neck expander die which is .282. I used a 309 when I used the expander ball on the Redding die.
