Why shoot them all into 1 poa? Seems like you can see where each went using a separate aim point for each shot.

Very true after I do my ladder I load 3 rounds all around my node and see how they group from there

Been looking to build a new ELR rifle on a ARC Coup De Grâce LA. Been hemming and hawing between .308 and 7mm in various chamberings and then came across 28SM which on paper seems to be a real winner with a Berger 180 or perhaps 190 Atip.
Since I'm looking at building an ELR rather than hunting rifle, things like brass and barrel life come into play. How's that looking? Any words on nodes/velocities with H1000? Not seeing much load data in the PDF and I don't do FB.

Hello with Berger's 195 I got to 3135 I believe but had a good node at 3050 78.5 g of retumbo the other day ran a ladder with 180 hybrids got to 82.1 g at 3209 had a node there no pressure yet and had a good node around 3160 too now I'm trying a seating depth test now Brass life has been great 50 pieces of brass have 11 firings only lost three cases with primer pockets. I have 630 rounds on barrel and throat has moved 15 thousands
