28" Fluted 7mm rum barrel

Bought this barrel not knowing the twist rate. Was wanting a 1/9 twist this a 1/10. Was told it had 15 rounds thru it. Was showing pressure signs so they rechamberd it. Still had pressure problems. Might need to chamber this to something other than 7rum. Muzzle end measures. 830. Don't know the make. Asking $150.00 and I will ship lower 48
