I can't seem to find any Lapua .243 brass. However I did find some .260 Rem. Lapua - is this a simple run through a FL die conversion or do you think it may require neck turning/reaming?

I take 243 brass and run it thru my FL 260 die and have had no problems, necks are the correct length, no trimming/reaming of the necks.
Thanks for the replies! After looking over the dimensions of each cartridge, it should not be an issue. Got some .260 at a decent price, so I'm going to try it out. I'll let you know how this works out in case this brass shortage continues.
