Ia have run both the 129lrab and the 125 partition in mine. RL17 can get you up into the 3000-3100' pretty easy. I was running the 129 at 3130' which I think is a pretty good all around load. I ran the 125 partition up to 3175 until I hit pressure signs when its warm out. Throttled it back to 3140ish.
I havent played withRL26 but lots of guys seem to get crazy high speeds with it. I get my best and most consistent groups with 4831sc.
