I never purchased or sold anything on this site. I would have had the woollies till everything occurred. Any recommendations on the how to make a successful transaction?

There's a thread with advice at the beginning of this forum about what to do and not do. I think it's a sticky. I suggest you all read it thoroughly and heed the advice for both seller and buyer. After that...I would trust what your gut tells your about the seller. I've learned with age to listen to that little guy on my shoulder telling me what to do, or not to do. Your 6th sense usually has pretty good insight. If the seller seems slippery or untrustworthy I would pass. I believe most of the people buying/selling on this site are good people though. However, if the seller is a brand new member, or has only a few posts I would have a hard time buying from them. Just my $0.02.
