Caliber would be an essential piece of info

I believe you can just neck up 22-250 brass and you should be G2G!

OK, well it only goes to show your never too old to learn something new. 250 Savage I'm familier with; 250-3000 I thought was a quantity range

The reason they call it the 250-3000 is because it was the first cartridge to push a 100 grain bullet 3000fps. Was originally chambered in the savage 99 lever action. They were pretty sweet rigs. I had one once upon a time. Sure wished I'd never sold it!!
