I'm thinking 12.5" bolt rifle suppressed!
The 131 should get around 2450fps. At 600 yards it's at 1800fps with 1000 lbs of energy.
Wind drift is still pretty impressive at 1000 yards as well and doesn't go subsonic until 1400 yards.
You could also run the 90gr Absolute Hammers around ~3050fps

Did you ever build the rifle? I'm thinking about ordering a 18" TC Contender in 25 Grendel. MGM barrels said they'd chamber one for me if I got the reamer.

I'd love to see Hornady, Berger and Sierra come out with a 120-125 bullet for the .257. Be a great Grendel option. ELDM, Hybrid, TMK/TGK
