I shoot a 25-06 sako with 24" barrel and I've been loading with 47grs of reloader 19 with a 85gr nosler ballistic tip bullet. But I cannot find rl19 anywhere if my life depended on it. I was wondering if anyone knew a good load that worked well for them maybe with imr 4350?

Well you had the numbers right....only thing wrong was the letters... H-4350 and don't look back...for whatever reason I always get my best results with the "H" instead of "imr"...maybe it's just me....

I have been shooting the 25-06 for around 22 years and my go to powders have been IMR 4350 and H4831. IMR 4350 is a little better than H4831 with bullets 100 gr and lighter. But with 115 to 120s H4831 is usually better. I say usually because my favorite 25-06 is a Rem 700 with a 26" Shilen SS select match #6 that is one of my main deer rifles and it shoots best with 49 grs IMR 4350, Rem case. CCI 250 mag primer and 117 Sierra Pro Hunter flat base bullet that does 3000 fps. A deers nightmare, BANG FLOP. :D

Ok great advise. I do have some h4831sc I use in my larger calibers, I'll try some loads with that when I get my barrel replaced. Thats another thing, I was wondering if it would worth it to go with a 26" barrel and maybe a muzzle break...and stay with the 9-1 spin?

If shooting the heavier bullets like the 110 NAB, and 115 Bergers, I'd try IMR 7828 SSC. But I would definitely start low and work up because it is a very slow powder that produces alot of pressure.

I use 7828 SSC behind Berger 115 VLD's in my .25-06 AI, in fire-formed Winchester .270 brass, with a Fed 210M primer. Shoots great, and has awesome velocity.

I prefer 26" barrels at minimum on my centerfire calibers. But that's just my personal preference. I also shoot a 1:10 twist for my .25 cal rifles. The 1:9 twist would allow for some really heavy bullets, which might be good to stick with that, if that's what you plan on shooting.
