.243win 85gr. Matchking

We just got a NEF Handi-rifle in 243win for are new "smaller" shooters.If its anything like our .223's and 308 it should be a good, accurate,close range,under 500yds, deer gun. I'm going to use 85gr. Matchkings solely.Has anybody used these on deer or on similar sized animals?

Ps. I just got bored with the other dicussion about 240 and 300grns of lead not being able to kill those huge 100lb whitetials

and thought that I would stir the pot here
