240 MK data for 300 RUM

I would like to know where to start with for loading some 240 MK's in a factory Savage 300 RUM. I have some WC872,RL25& H1000. Any and all help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Wayne.

Wayne,start at about 80gr of Retumbo or Rl25 and work up.I shoot 2 300 Ultra's and both powder's work VERY well.

My load is 99 grains of H870. Since it's discontinued I guess I'm going to have to find something else sooner or later.

I plan on trying both the powders Boyd mentions (depending upon how fast I run out of H870).

The closest powder to that you list is WC872. Start a few grains below 99, work you way up and you should find a good load. This is another powder I plan to try.
