I'm looking at the Sauer Pantera in .223. The twist is 1-10. I've seen 1-7,8,9,11,12 in .223 but never 1-10.

what bullet weight would work best? Unfortunately , I like the heavier 69-77gr bullets in my 1-9

Anyone shoot this 1-10, .223? What are your thoughts?

Just started with a Sako A-7 1-10", I'd rather it have the 1-8" my Tikka uses.

From looking over the various bullet maker recommendation bullets up to 65 grains work. The Sierra is a bit of a boat tail, one might get away with a heavier flat base.

I have a bunch of match ammo I won't be able to use in this rifle, but the 50-55 grains work fine on coyotes and sage rats.

Really just depends on how you see the bulk of your use.
