Ok shot a doe last night at 202 yards with this bullet. Hit a rib on the way in and out put a silver dollar size hole in both lungs with exit. She ran about 70yrds and fell over. Blood shot minimal. I will post pics tomorrow. Looks to be a great load for meat savings.

I have a load for a 55 grain SGK for my 22-250 don't think the 1-14 twist will work for the 65gr. Glade to hear the heavier one is working well.

I loaded 65 grain GameKing with 25.5 of Varget @ 2903 fps out of a factory Remington 700 LTR for deer season this year. My brother and I both shot a doe with it. Neither went further then 50 yards before falling over. I have also used this load to kill several hogs and coyotes.
I really like this bullet for my .223.

Yep I have a load for 22-250 with them also just haven't shot any deer with them yet oh but I will next hunting season. I just picked up my 22-250 from smith cut barrel down to 24 and threaded.

I shoot the 65 GameKing out of my .223. Up to this last season, I pretty much used it for coyotes and pigs. I took it out during our special doe season and my brother and me both took doe with it. My brother hit one at 140 yards. She went about 20 yards and piled up. I hit a doe at 30 yards and she went about 40 yards before piling up. My shot hit a rib going in and did a ton of damage.
This bullet is the only one I will use in my .223 for hunting. It is very accurate and puts game down.

Anvil11-87,
I agree 100%... when Sierra first came out with that 65gr Gk bullet I grabbed a couple of boxes, mostly for Yotes and a few Deer'..., as well as self-defense ammo. From that day on until today, it's my go-to .22 cal bullet in my 1-9 twist AR's and bolt rifles that have 1-9 or 1-10 twist. Its accuracy is outstanding.
