I would look at .243 AI load data, you will be slightly above that. I'm sure someone here has that cartridge, but it's pretty obscure.

I don't have one, but if I did I'd look at the .224 TTH, the .224 Clark is almost exactly the same thing as well.

What twist and what bullet weight you intend to shoot would be helpful to know.

It's an 8 twist 75 grain amax I used to shoot 80 grain Berger vld but can't find my old load

There is load data in the 9th edition of the Hornaday manual for the .22/6mm Rem. That'd be a good place to start.
