215 Berger's in .300 Win. Mag.

Hey fella's,

I've got a custom .300 Win. Mag that I've been shooting 210 Berger VLD's out of for a while now and they've done really well. But I have been doing some theoretical analysis of these bullets compared tot he 215 Berger and the 230 Berger and I really like the balance the 215 grain bullet gives me. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this bullet in this chambering and had any suggestions on what powder to use. I'm planning on trying H-1000, Retumbo, RL-22 and RL-25 but if anyone had any pads that worked well for them, I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

I'm looking at the same thing. It seems the 215's may be fairly new. I don't remember seeing them until very recently. May take a little while for a lot of load info to start showing.
