Len,I will be shooting them out of My 300 wsm's this hunting season. From what I hear the jackets are thinner than the mk.Which should be great for long range work...

Boyd

Spoke with Jimmy Knox today and he told me it uses the J4 jacket which he said is about 15% lighter than that of the MK. If that is so you would think it would be good. Hard to imagine that only 15% less copper would cause significantly more blow-up failures on shoulders and such.

But I am still hoping to hear from more actual users regardless of theory.

I plan on using them for Ghogs and Deer soon out of the 300RUM and 30Hart. It should be interesting. I personally don't know of anyone who has currently used them for any kind of hunting application.........Sorry!
Our Red Tags come out next month locally so maybe then. Maybe Dave King would know.
