210 gr Berger and 300 win barrel twist

1-10 Twist is more than enough to stabilize the 210 VLDs. I do suggest looking into the 200.20x and 215 Berger Hybrids. Both of those are Hybrid ogive bullets and are less picky to get shooting. I would run ADG brass and for powder H1000, RL26, IMR 7977, and Retumbo will all be great options.

I don't shoot 215s in a .300 Win Mag, I just know H1000 and 215s are a combo proven over and over by many. The other powders I listed are also very suitable for the 200-215gr bullets in a .300 Win Mag. I would start around 75.0gr and work up to like 78.0gr or until you see pressure. That's the sweet spot for this combination.

ADG brass is typically heavier than other manufacturers. So I'd just bump down 2.0 grains from where you're at now and work back up.

I've ran Lapua stamped brass in this rifle with only 75.5g of H1000 at near pressure limit so I'm used to the lower side but I defending will start low. I've heard that it (ADG) may be even lower than the Lapua (Norma) brass I've been using. Thanks for the advise.

Christmas present from my wife. A new Proof Elevation MTR in 300 win mag. I would like to load and shoot the berger 210's if the 1-10 twist will stabilize them.

Also looking for any load advice for these bullets in the win mag?
I load and shoot the 140's in my 6.5x284 and love them.

H1000 gets my vote. I shoot 210 Berger Hunting VLDs with with great success in my 300 WM. ZERO problems with stabilization. Good luck.

Back in the day (5 years ago) Berger recommended a 1-10 twist for the 230 Hybrid. I had okayish accuracy from them from a 1-10 twist 300 win mag at 5000' of elevation. running the 210 I've had zero issues.

1:10 should stabilize that bullet. If you are at sea level it may be a little iffy. I load Burger 215's and shoot them with a 1:10 twist at 4000ft elevation. I would look at H1000 with Federal 215M primers.

Are you taking Elk with the 215 hybrid target bullete?
