The bull tags are much more limited. Probably 0.05 %
You have better odds playing a scratch off, and using the money to go out west....

It may take years to draw a tag but for me the $10 it cost to apply is worth it. I'd be willing to say 99.9% of hunters spend $10 on stupid crap in life.
