Congratulations to Luke on this Alaskan Moose. One quartering shot behind the shoulder at 200 yards with a 375 Ruger and the 281 Hammer Hunter dropped the Moose where it stood.
The bullet hit a rib upon entry, traveled rearward, broke the spine, and was recovered just before the tenderloin.
The moose had already expired by the time they walked up to it at 200 yards.
