1X scope with mil-dots?

I have MZ hunt planned for early season Kansas this fall. The regs call for no magnification.

Does anyone know of a good quality scope or red dot in 1X with a multiple dot/line reticle or target knobs?

When is 1X no longer 1X? Most of the companies round up and down. IOR's 1.1-4X comes to mind. There's a CQB reticle (if I recall the name) with stadia lines.
