Baked. Spiced with olive oil salt, garlic and onion powder, maple smoke salmon rub, and celery stalk and scallions in the belly.

Thank goodness you found some ice....I thought Greenland had melted and there was none left anywhere.

That looks awesome. You guys have been cold as witch's milk bag up north. We haven't got cold enough yet. I love catching walleyes.

My buddy and I were fishing around 12-18' ft but have to admit I am not comfortable with only 4" of ice on a moving current.
 
Nice yellow perch! It's been so warm down here in Eastern Oregon I don't know if we'll get to ice fish unless I drive two hours.
