190 grain VLD load for 300 Win Mag

Howdy all. Anyone have a pet load they would love to share for 190 grain berger vld from a 300 win mag? I HAVE to best my friends this June at our annual 1000 yard cold shot target. Will be shooting it out of a 26" pac nor barrel with a 1-12 twist. Thanks!
