17hmr- Hornady 20gr vs cci20gr

I've been shooting cci 20gr hollow points out of my cz457 17hmr. It shoots pretty dang good! Velocity spreads are pretty poor though. I've not been able to find any more of these on shelves. I did find some Hornady 20gr hollow points though, and the listed velocity is the same as the cci.

Cci doesn't manufacture Hornady ammunition, do they? I'm wondering if it would shoot to the same poi as the cci

I believe CCI makes all 17 HMR ammo. But maybe different loads for different brands.

I haven't noticed a difference out of my Savage 93r17. It shoots every 17 HMR round I've tried the same.

My 917 is a little bit picky and favors fed v max. Others gave mixed results. I really, really wanted the Hornady 20 grain ammo to be "The One" but it wasn't.
