120 grain in 7mm rem mag load

Anyone have good loads for the 120 grain spitzer in a 7mm rem mag?

I used to use IMR 4350 in a 7 Wby and 115 to 125 grain bullets.

69gr of RL22,WLRM primer and sierra 120 spt at mag length produced 3/4moa for me.

Those two were the powders I would go with....120's are a great coyote load...I started my wife shooting 7mmRM with these bullets...deadly on antelope.......

My old notes showed 66.5grs of IMR-4350 gave me good groups @3270fps with 120gr BT.These days I'm loading 69.5grs of Reloader-22 with 139-140gr bullets @ 3200fps.My old 1967 44th edition Lyman shows these loads.The rifle used for these loads was a Savage 110,24" barrel,1-9 1/2 twist.From what I've tested,The velocities are fairly accurate,but the pressures may be way up there.The 4831 powder listed is H-4831,that's the only kind there was in those days.As always,start low and work your way up.Every rifle is different.

I'd like any help on a load for my 7mm stw for whitetail deer 90-160 lbs, accurate out to 300 yards max but deadly from 0-300 yards. I like to have some meat left over! But I like 1 shot kills too.

Probably not what you are after, but I had a reduced load for my wife with the 7mm and (moly) 120 NBT....... 50 g H4895/215 fed/win brass/120NBT. I am thinking I was around 2700 fps. The beauty of this setup was the 120s were dead on at 200 and my full on loads with the 150NBT was dead on at 300...I mean DEAD on.

She killed here doe at 200 with the 120's, but before that she wacked her buck at 625 with my 300 WBY. That shot, by the way, was the first time EVER that she had fired a centerfire rifle.....lots of 22 and hand gun stuff though.

Thanks for the help. I will try these powders. I'm still wondering about bullet weight and speed. These are shorter range shots. I want the bullet to open fast.
