My customer sent me these photos of several hunts this year in Wyo.
His 12 year old son bagged a nice buck at 503 yds using his dads
338 Snipetac rifle.

Dad took this Moose at close range, he stated the hunting was
hard and slim. He also had a Buffalo hunt which he filled.

This rifle was built special, the customer wanted a hotrod long distance
rifle that you didn't need wheels on. I made up a Titainum receiver,
single shot, full loaded round ejection. We used a ABS/Rock barrel
with one of my Titainum muzzle brakes, light fill carbon stock. The
rifle came out at 11# even. With the nightforce scope and mounts it is
just over 13# hunting ready. As light as the rifle is its a tac driver, customer
has reported 6" groups at 1500yds. Recoil is not bad, even his son loves to
shoot it and wants one of his own.

Proud dad with his Moose,
Good shooting!

That is cool to see a kid shooting that big thing (Deer and rifle). Is that a Lone Wolf palma master? I have one on my 300 wsm and have one on order for my 300rum.
That is cool. Any other pics of the rifle?

Very nice rifle.
While some argue that Titanium and Carbon Fiber are not needed to put a rifle of this level into the 13lb range, you certainly can't argue with it's performance.
Years ago while hunting in Alaska, I met a wise old man that told me... "it only takes a little more to go first class".
