My last paper was 14 months. I want to get another just to see how long efile is because I never get lucky…..

Oh ok, that makes more sense. I read somewhere that the ATF was making some preposterous claim that with the Efile system they would consistently be at a 90 day turn around on form 4 transfers. Guess we can see how well that idea is going.

The law currently says they must process them in 90 days. However Congress in their infinite wisdom did not attach any kind of consequences if they don't get them done in the 90 day period.

There are multiple manufacturers and organizations lobbying Congress to fix this.
