1 mile shot with 338 Lapua video

Thought you guys might enjoy. I sure did. :)

Shooting 2 ft.x 2 ft. target at 1 mile.

Rifle: Savage 111 Long Range Hunter in 338 Lapua
Bullet: 300 gr. Sierra Match King
Scope: Steiner Military Rifle Scope 5-25x 56mm
(Elevation correction: 22.2 Mils.)
(Wind Correction: .63 Mil and luck)

What was the flight time of the bullet on that shot? I counted just over 1 second listening to the shot and watching the hit.

Yeah the timing of bullet flight, etc. wont match up because my spotter/video camera was only 300 yards or so away from target filming while I was 1760 yards shooting. He would relay my impact/adjustment to me with a radio. You can see my radio laying on my shooting mat in my set up pic. So the sound of the impact, gunshot, etc. wont replicate what it was from my firing position. Trust me. It was a mile. lol.
 
Nice shot! I've got just about the same setup, including the scope. Love that thing! Thanks for sharing!
