1-12 twist 223 help

The gun is a 1-12 twist single shot rifle. I have 2 powders to use. Varget and H322. Some hornady 50 grain v-max. My book doesnt list it. can some of you help me out?
I also have other bullets I will be trying. 55 grn soft points, 50 grain soft points. I was hoping some of the 223 loaders will tell me or show me a website that list different types of bullets and loads.

Thanks a bunch!
Some companys say "spt" = spitzer
and some say "sp" = soft point

Do some people say a spitzer and a soft point are the same thing pretty much?
