Return Policy for clothing and footwear

We understand that you may need to return clothing and footwear after trying it on for fit. Clothing/footwear returned in NEW condition with all tags attached and all original packaging within 14 days from date of purchase will be refunded at original purchase price. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Contact Us to coordinate return prior to shipping any clothing/footwear.

Return Policy for all items other than clothing and footwear

Warranty issues are handled directly with the manufacturer including repairs or replacement. If you need our help, we are happy to coordinate warranty issues for you.

We are not a large box store. We are a small family run business. We only sell the highest quality gear and we give you as much information as possible to help make your buying decision. We do all these things to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. No returns are accepted. In unusual cases we will allow return of items that have not been used, are in perfect condition with tags still attached and original packaging, and can still be re-sold as new. In those cases there may be up to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
