does it have any blemishes/problems ?

do you have the power throw lever ?

It is the 569 and there are no blemishes and it has the screw in throw lever that comes with them along with the end caps. I am located in Central Indiana. It comes with the allen wrench for the turrets. It's basically like new in the box.
