By the way, Buck that scope seems to be holding up really good. I called in a yote 2 weeks ago from my deer stand and the scope worked fine. I hit it and it started spinning and took off, out of my sight.
Another one showed up rigt after and just stood there looking and I hit that one. The bad thing about it is I never recovered either one them. So i say ta heck with the 223, I'm going back to my Savage 308.

Ive had very good luck with Leupold, hope it shoots well for you.

I just got my AR-15 set up with a new scope , a Barska 3x12 50 .... I'm fixin to go zero it in right now. I would like to have gotten a Leupold but big $$$$ there.

This scope failed in the middle of a hunt. I hsd put it on a 308 DPMS, and it went blank; couldn't see anything.... Now I have NIKON scopes'
