hogghead, i am an outfitter in western wyoming. i do not have access to private ground but we do have a late season that the cows can be hunted on snowmobile. i do not know your handicap but i would lke to extend an invitation to come hunt cow elk in the area. i do not think there would be a charge, depending on your disability. let me know
