Hi, you seem to be interested in my LWRC upper. It should be legal for you to own it since the barrel is now 16-inches long due to permanently attached flash hider. Once pinned and welded, the muzzle device becomes part of the barrel since you can't take it off without much machining. Let me know if you want to buy the upper.
