Your gunsmith likely may be able to receive firearms and log the transaction as sales on this website require. If not you'll need a gun shop nearby that handles the transfer, usually 20-30$. Provide me their name and contact info and they send me a copy of their FFL License with their shipping address. I provide a copy of my ID in with the rifle and they do the transfer when you come to pick up the rifle.
