SOLD/EXPIRED Midway BR4 Small Rifle Primers

No need for name calling. It is here to stay rather we like it or not. Our entire labor system can never go back to allowing the market to dictate wage, end result you pay more to get the same product you got last year. Are some prices jacked, YES. We are at a point of no return.

WRONG. This same exact thing happened back in 2008. Are you so young that you were not around then?Or did you just forget?

Back in 2008, basic every day M4 AR15s were selling for $4,000-$5,000 and primers for $200-$300 per 1K at businesses that were price gouging even though the price of components from manufacturers never increased. After all the morons quit buying at those prices, the stores had an excess surplus they couldn't get rid of and the prices came back down to normal at around $600-$800 for an AR15 and $35-$40 per 1K for primers. The businesses who stayed honest and didn't price gouge thru the frenzy buying did just fine in the long run and are still running today because people stayed loyal to the businesses that didn't try to screw them over. All the price gouging businesses went tits up shortly after the frenzy because nobody would buy from them anymore knowing they were ripping everyone off. I know for a fact that CCI or any other company is still only charging stores $20-$30 per 1K of primers wholesale price so don't let these idiots fool you. And also let this be a warning to any business out there price gouging to rip off fellow shooters in our community. Your days as a business will come to an abrupt end when this is all over.

No it did not happen the same way. The increase in wages did not go up almost 50% over night. The wages did not make this move at all. The price of products did not hit at the rate of inflation that it is now. The labor force never fell out where all of the blue collar workers decided it was easier to sit at home and draw a check to make a living. If you want to talk about things being the same in 08 as it is now, you may be on to something with the stock market but not even in the ball park on labor and letting the labor market dictate the cost of goods. Oh yeah, i'm old enough and have been around long enough to know it has not been like this. Thanks again,

50% overnight were you at?
45.00 primers now 135.00 little more than 50%

yeah i misspoke on that. Just everyone that thinks every place is gouging gets old. I run a business and this past year i watched our average wage go up over 20%. Once the wage is set, it usually does not come back down. I agree that Midway has went up an overly amount, but i see it happening in lots of places here in Missouri just to get help to help get orders out. If they aren't paying more to have help, then the public will gripe that the shipping is too slow. The BR4 primers on just about every site on the net has them at $129.99 or higher. It is what it is and I really don't see it turning around.
