The PRC die "problem"

So I just received my proof prefit. I haven't had a chance to measure it but thinking forward what do I need to do to avoid problems??
What brass? I really don't think you'll have issues with Hornady brass. I have 6x on my test group of hornady and they show zero issues. Oddly 1x on lapau is a problem for me. Web expansion is way out of whack.

I haven't gotten brass yet, I was going to get lapua. But may have to run hornady. At the moment I have no reloading supplies for the prc.

If my Forster FL die is sizing down my ADG brass to .5295 or .530, will I run into any problems? I'm going on my 4th firing and haven't noticed anything yet

It looks like my chamber is 0.530. How many thousands do you think I could polish off? Or should I just try to find a reamer?

Calipers. ID measure, not the most accurate. Then OD minus 2x side thickness. At best I can't tell it might be 0.5325. Either way, let's say it measure exact saami, .5330, still poses potential problems. How much could polishing remove?

That is not even remotely accurate. The datum line is just forward of the .0200 on the case. You don't have the tools to measure that accurately. Not many do so most will remove the barrel and do a cast. .533 is likely what it is. AW2 reamer is .535. Your best bet is to get a reamer to keep the proper taper and get dimensions correct. I am holding off using my reamer since I have zero issue with my die or hornady brass so far.

What die are you using? I really didn't want to use hornady brass but as of now I think it's in my best interest.
