Shout out to Hammer Bullets

I just wanted to give a shout out to Steve & Brian at Hammer Bullets.

The entire shooting industry needs to take customer service lessons from these guys! With few exceptions, nobody offers their kind of service!

They are always Johnnie on the spot to answer questions, wealth of knowledge.

This past Friday I ordered two boxes of bullets from them online. Saturday morning I noticed that I had mis-typed my address, typed 54th instead of 74th.

I sent them an email hoping they had not shipped, asking them to correct my fat finger mistake (either that or I-m getting old).

Within an hour I received a text indicating they would take care of it.

Yesterday (two days later) I received my order, WOW!

Steve, Brian, you guys are the best!

Just SOP with them. If you are not the lead dog, the scenery never changes. They are the lead dog.

I have experienced similar results and even better when Steve offered to send me a different choice in bullets at no charge to try out. Within two days the shipment was at my door step. Great guy with tons of knowledge who appreciates his customers. Thanks Steve.

Yep, in today's climate and close to opening seasons, they have bullets in stock and always fast and reliable shipping. One would have thought the other manufacturers would have it back together by now, but so much in short supply everywhere you look. Thank you Hammer Bullets for saving everyone season opener..

Good to know.. I ordered some 98gr Shock Hammer for my 257 Roberts.. We will see how they Shoot..

Ordered several boxes couple days ago and arrived yesterday. What's not to like about that!

Yep customer service and honest guys sold me.
Well and it helps I've never seen a better hunting bullet for every scenario you may find yourself in. That includes the old standby partition. They always work and have never failed. Must like the partition

when friends ask me what hammers are all about I tell them I like to think they are the modern day partition. Maybe not the "sexiest" bullet on the table but just flat out work!

Customer service is top notch! Steve has responded to many emails looking for recommendations for converting all my hunting rifles to all copper... I live in Ca. and the choice now is a no brainer, go Hammer!

I too am a Hammer fan. They have answered all of my questions and quickly put out an excellent product. I will be a long time customer.

It makes me sad to live in Canada when I see threads like this. International Shipping is cost prohibitive for a guy like me and the one outfit that carries them up here doesn't seem to stock much of a variety.

Nice to hear about a company that does go the extra mile though. In today's climate its refreshing when you come across a "keeper" company every so often.

International shipping does hurt. But if you want some hammers I'd buy them. The shipping pain doesn't last that long. I only use the hammers to hunt, so a box of 100 lasts a long time. I haven't ordered from the Canadian supplier, but they should be able to get you any bullet hammer makes. I was on their website and agree that there's not that many options on there. The way I look at it the bullet is the cheap part of the hunt. Truck, fuel, hotel/lodging, rifle/optics. Makes $1.50 a bullet seem not that expensive.
